Her musical journey began when she won The Voice Kids under the coaching of rapper Ali B in June 2021. Emma’s talent extended beyond the competition, as she sang at a benefit concert for the victims of the 2021 European floods in Limburg later that year. In March 2022, she released her debut single, “Laat Mij Een Vlinder Zijn” (Let Me Be a Butterfly). The following year, she released her second single, “Strijder” (Warrior), in June 2023.

Emma’s exceptional rendition of “Voilà” in the inaugural season of Ministars caught the attention of André Rieu, the renowned Dutch violinist and conductor. Impressed by her performance, André invited her to sing “Voilà” at his annual concert series at the Vrijthof in July 2023. The video of this performance quickly went viral, garnering 2.6 million views in just five days. Emma continued collaborating with André Rieu, releasing covers of “Voilà,” “White Christmas,” and “All I Want for Christmas Is You” in 2023. She also participated in Rieu’s Christmas concerts and joined him on his world tour beginning in January 2024.

In addition to her music career, Emma founded Gastrostars, a foundation aimed at supporting patients with gastroparesis. Her determination, resilience, and powerful voice continue to inspire audiences worldwide.
