Laura Pausini is one of Italy’s most iconic and internationally celebrated pop singers. Born on May 16, 1974, in Faenza, she rose to fame after winning the Sanremo Music Festival in 1993 with “La Solitudine”.

Since then, she has sold over 75 million records, released albums in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, English, and French, and performed on the world’s most prestigious stages—from Madison Square Garden to the Royal Albert Hall.

Her only English-language album “From the Inside”, with most known track “It’s Not Goodbye”, was released in 2002, but failed to satisfy commercial expectations both in North America and in the rest of the world.

Her powerful voice and heartfelt lyrics have earned her a Grammy Award, four Latin Grammys, and countless other honors, including a Golden Globe and an Oscar nomination for her song “Io sì (Seen)”.

Pausini famed for her soulful voice and her romantic Latin pop and Pop ballads and love songs.

She’s collaborated with legends like Michael Bublé with “You’ll Never Find Another Love Like Mine”, Andrea Bocelli, and Phil Collins, and has also hosted major events like the Eurovision Song Contest.

Beyond music, Laura is known for her warmth, activism, and dedication to humanitarian causes. She’s not just a singer—she’s a global ambassador of Italian soul and emotion.
